Our history

Abrigo delivers a unified, AI-powered platform that helps U.S. financial institutions manage risk, drive growth, and make more informed decisions by connecting data, workflows, and expertise across the organization.

The company was formed in 2019 through the combination of Banker’s Toolbox, MainStreet Technologies, and Sageworks. These companies offered complementary strengths in risk management and lending and a shared commitment to U.S. banks and credit unions. Since 2019, the company has continued to expand its platform and expertise through the acquisitions of Farin Financial Risk Management, Valuant, technology from BankLabs, DiCOM Software, TPG Software, Integrated Financial Solutions, Journey Technology Solutions, and most recently 360 View, each adding new capabilities across origination, credit risk management, compliance, and analytics.
